1 Star Absolutely unacceptable behavior -- avoid this place…read more My wife and I were walking past Tranquility Spa in the mall on our way to Dick's Sporting Goods when an employee tried to lure us in for a massage. I jokingly asked, "Is it free?"--a harmless comment. What happened next was shocking. An older, bald Asian gentleman who works there shoed me away and aggressively said, "F* you, nothing is free."** I calmly approached him to address how rude and unprofessional that was, but instead of apologizing, he got in my face and physically shoved me multiple times. I pushed him back to defend myself. He then took off his jacket and tried to escalate it into a full-blown fight. Another employee joined in as they both shouted and attempted to intimidate us. My wife and I walked away, trying to enjoy the rest of our shopping, but even after we left, they followed us, shouting and recording us on their phones. The situation got so out of hand that mall security and local police had to get involved. The responding officer informed us that this spa has a history of aggressive behavior and constantly moves from mall to mall due to incidents like this. This is not how customers should be treated. For a place called "Tranquility Spa," their behavior was anything but tranquil. I strongly advise avoiding this business for your own safety.
