My friend and I went in for a 30 minute foot massage. The prices were decent and the environment was calm and quiet. There was soft music playing that was tranquil and relaxing. The massage was pretty decent and they started with a quick head massage prior to starting the foot massage. That was a nice touch. However, after paying the male employee asked where the tip was. The employee asking where his tip was ruined the entire experience for both of us. That Is not something that should be asked to a customer after they have paid. read more

I paid for a 1 hour foot massage at Sun Foot Spa in Humble Tx. What I more realistically got was 40 minutes of a noisy, disruptive service. My original provider had not turned his phone on silent. It rang twice quite loudly. The first call, he dismissed. The second, he took and spent the rest of the time in a noisy conversation. Finally, one the lady practitioners stepped in and finished the massage but still, the other patron and I could not relax hearing his noisy conversation The original provider had been up and down and away from me twice before the call came in by the way The massage ended exactly an hour after I went back and I had to ask for additional 5 minutes which in actual fact, I should have been given more time than that I won't go back!!! read more

I love coming here. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. After flying a 4 day trip this is the place to come for a body and foot massage. I've been coming here for about 3 yearsdon't get me wrong some of you may not care for this place but so far I've been bringing my flight attendant friends here and they haven't said anything bad about this place and they still come herethe massage is wonderful just make sure to tell them how you like your massage either soft medium or hard. I usually go to A+ foot massage by Northpark drive but me and my boyfriend wanted to try something new. This place is also cheaper than A+ so that's even better! We paid around 35 dollars a person I think for the combo foot/body massage. The one at the front is super sweet and offered us candy and got us back to our room super fast! The staff is nicest I've ever encountered at a massage place. The woman giving my massage actually worked on my knots and asked me which pressure I preferred. They also rub you with hot stones and a warm towel. When I was in the waiting room waiting on my boyfriend, another staff member an older man greeted me kindly and gave me water. I'm so surprised at how nice the staff was!! This is my new spot for pampering!! read more

Just went here for the second time after maybe a year and some change without going. Let me tell you amazing massage and customer service. Very clean space and abiding by COVID 19 guidelines. Ok so I only come to this place for "convenience"... THAT'S IT! It's close to the freeway, my home, and accessible after a long day's work. I had a massage here by another lady last week and I had the same problem as every time before: THEY WEAR GLOVES (but not with everybody). Their manager responded to my last review stating that the massage person had a cut on her hand and was only protecting herself by using gloves. I wonder what the excuse will be this time. Four different massage personnel on four different occasions wearing gloves!! They must cut themselves quite a bit at this place. I am a nurse and I have very good body hygiene and I wouldn't have an issue with the gloves thing if every masseuse used them with every client but that's NOT THE CASE. Therefore it is offensive and degrading regardless of their reasons which might I add they DO NOT explain to the customer prior to using gloves!! The massages are medicore at best. I tipped the last lady $20 for a 60 min massage and didn't even get a thank you. I don't like this place. And finally I will not be returning. Gloved hands with minimal lotion and no skill does not feel good to the skin at all. In addition they appear to resuse towels as I've had my legs dried off with very damp towels and have smelled lady's perfume on the towels they put over your eyes when they are massaging your feet. I just don't feel that this place is very sanitary. The prices are reasonable but hey you get what you pay for. I've found another great massage place just further down 1960 past 59 and I'm in love with their customer service and cleanliness of their rooms even though they are a little more pricey I don't mind at all. I'll be going there from now on. Overall this place is ok if you have no earthly idea how massages are supposed to feel. But if you're an avid massage recipient then you'll know right away this place is not up to par at all. read more

So i just had the worst massage experience of my adulthood. Lets start off by saying im a regular client here and have upmost respect for this establishment. But today will be the last time i come here. When i arrived i let fromt desk know I'm more comfortable with a female masseuse personal reasons she asked me why and i tell her. She then tells me that she only has male staff, but they are really good and she trusts them. So I agreed to going with a maleb/c i trusted her words. So as we start the massage the male masseuse start massaging me and he was massaging the same spot for over 20 minutes and I kind of felt as if he did not know what he was doing. Then I asked him for more tension and he then replies with do you like it hard in a very provocative way, also I felt his private parts here & there which was no so great either. I then asked him to get the front desk lady so she comes in and stops the massage I tell her a little bit of what's going on she tells me her staff are not rookies that everyone has there own technique this has happened to her also and then she seemed a little upset when I did not want to tip so she tips him.. long story short don't waste your time. read more

I went to foot spa a few times and it was great but the last time I went I had a very traumatizing experience. It had been awhile and I didn't recognize anyone but I didn't care bcuz I had always had a good experience. The guy this time that massage me made feel very uncomfortable. He first took the towel completely off of me which left me completely nude on the table. He also complimented my body when he turned me around. I also felt uncomfortable bcuz he had a couple slip up and touched my private area. I wanted to talk to a manager but no one spoke English so I didn't feel comfortable talking to them. Yesterday I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I have been going here for years and have never had this problem. I invited a friend to go get a massage. She went in her room and I went in mine. The massage therapist closed the door and then gave me a hug and told me I was pretty ( I didn't think anything of it and said thanks) she gave me 2 more hugs (which I thought was weird, but I shrugged it off) before she walked out to let me take off my top. I was getting the 1/2 body massage and 1/2 reflexology which meant I keep my bottoms on. When she came back in the room I told her ONLY neck, shoulders and back. As she started massaging she pulled my leggings down. I told her no thank you Only back, shoulders and neck. She rubbed my shoulders then pulled my pants down again and chuckled. I sat up and told her to stop. She said "ok ok" reluctantly i continued the massage. She tried to pull my pants down a couple of more times until she saw that I was visibly SUPER angry. She stopped after that. I was so glad to be out in the open with others for the foot massage. I was so ready to go and couldn't enjoy any of it, but didn't want to ruin my friends experience since hers wasn't bad, so I toughed it out, paid for services rendered and left. I will NEVER go back there again. I feel like the masseuse was HIGHLY inappropriate and i felt horrible and taken advantage of. This business (when operated by Lily and Michael, who returned to their homeland months ago) - 5 stars This business as of today - 0 stars (I won't return unless Lily and Michael do) Reasons: 1) Arguing tip - I've NEVER had a service provider argue the amount I have tipped, much less a cashier. Unlike in the past, I was not allowed to write in a tip amount - the cashier required that I tell him so he could punch it into the card reader. When I said "20%" (for the reasons below), the masseuse became very upset and stomped out of the room muttering in a foreign language. The cashier angrily picked up the argument - to get an amount typed into the machine so I could leave, I said "25%". As he typed, he pulled out a ledger book and claimed that a customer paid a $40 tip for a $35 service (that's a blessing, sir, not a tip), and continued to badger me in a foreign language as I signed and left. 2) Disturbing chaos - my masseuse abandoned me on multiple occasions, many times to chat with fellow employees, and twice to go to the front lobby to deal with entering customers. My cashier, who massaged someone in the chair next to mine, was constantly talking loudly to my masseuse and other employees during my massage, and allowed his phone to ring loudly while there. There appeared to be no one responsible for managing the lobby only, which caused a great deal of traffic through the open massage area. 3) Communication problems - the employees could understand less than 5% of what I said, and could not communicate effectively to me in English. 3) Pressuring "up-service" - upon arrival, I had to turn down pressure to have a 90 minute body massage (I showed asking for a 60 minute foot massage), which continued during the massage. 4) Music volume - the music was good but not at a low, relaxing volume, and was only enjoyable when the employee visiting was occurring. Lily and Michael, you would be ashamed to see what your business has become. Since this a new business to me I decided to check it out. I went to get a body massage. I asked the lady at the front desk about prices. She told me the prices for 1 hr & 1/2 hour massage. Both prices seemed reasonable. I decided on a 30 minute massage and then said I may upgrade to a 1-hour massage depending on how I felt about the massage. The lady didn't understand me. So, I explained it differently. She laughed and said follow me. As she directed me to the room, she laughed as she passed her male co-workers and said something in a foreign language. This made me uncomfortable. I probably should have cancelled the massage. When I got in the room, dis-robed and got on the bed, she knocked and came in. She then told me that for only 1/2 hour she would only massage my back. I said that is okay. Again she said something in a foreign language. As the massage progressed it just felt mechanical and cold. She would go from one part of my body to the next like a robot doing the given motions for a given time. There was no feeling of comfort to this massage. Toward the end of the massage she left the room and after a while which seemed like 5 minutes came back with hot stones. She spent maybe 2 minutes rubbing the hot stones (very noisy) on my back and then she left the room again it seemed like 3 minutes and came back with two hot towels. I would have thought she could have brought the hot towels along with the hot stones. I clearly felt that I was just a bother to her. The massage ended shortly there -after and I tipped her a very small amount at the front desk and told her that I recommend that she get more training. I wasn't rude about it and I think she got my point. I asked to speak with the owner but I was told the owner was not there today. I asked her name twice and she finally told me her name was Coa coa (like hot chocolate). She had long hair, kinda tall, and slender. I don't recommend her if you are interested.....
