The price was agreed to. I asked him to send pics of prior work that they've done so I can have an idea of their work. He said that he would. The pics never showed up. He kept making excuses why he hadn't send me pics of work they've done. I let this slide. We agreed to a time for him to show up at my house to begin taking the old deck down. He never showed up at my house. I texted him. He called me back and said that he texted me that they would be here the next day to begin work. I told him that I never received any text from him. I would have received it. It seemed as though he was playing all these games and making excuses why he hasn't done what I asked. I told him to forget it and I will find someone else. If he can't show up to do the work and do the little things that I asked, I can only imagine the quality of his work. His only response when I said that I'll find someone else was "OK". So Buyer Beware if this contractor.

He installed the wrong ceiling light boxes, broken and loose switch & outlet boxes, fortunately, I caught these dangerous mistakes. He punched numerous holes in the wall, more than was necessary, that had I had to pay to have repaired. I would not recommend him for any major wiring jobs, He needs more training and experience, in my opinion.
