Called these guys and promptly received a call back…read more Although the gentleman on call couldn't make it over there that day, they had someone call back the next morning and arrive by afternoon, which was July 4th. The service fee wasn't egregious for it being July 4th. The problem was as suspected, a capacitor that was shot. They had one on the truck they could swap it out with. The only qualm I had was they charged like $380 for the part, when it's $40 or so at Home Depot. Just seems like a little heavy on the upmark, but with it being July 4th; I was just grateful to get the A/C fixed. Good communication; recommended! Parts were a little pricey.

Last night I turned off all the Electric base board heaters ,and set my new unit to keep my whole place warm for the night . I woke this morning, and it was warm !!!! so happy the whole place was warm ! Yes its warming out side but the mornings are always cold in that add a room . This is how the job went . I called Noco when I decided to spend the money and stop complaining about the cold place I had bought. JUMP in and spend!! it its worth it , And the people at Noco the best . I got an appointment for the next week to have it done . They came, it took a few hours , they finished that day . I am so happy with the unit and the Men that installed it . Even The service man came to check on the installers and how the job was going. His name is Dave, My Installers were Dave, and Andrew . My sales person was so informative, The Best ! Not only did he diagnose the problem, he called and ordered parts, went to Rochester to get them and on his way home stopped here , installed the new part and got our furnace back up and running like new, all before dinner this evening. A year after we moved into this house our HVAC system died and they replaced it with a Carrier which worked great for 16 years (low end of the expected life) until it died last December on the second 5 degree night we had. We really needed some heat! We are on the JBAC annual maintenance plan and the tech came out at 10 PM and said, yep, it's dead. (Luckily we had a gas fireplace to keep us from freezing.) Estimator came the next day, showed us some options, and the day after that a crew came out and installed a hybrid gas/heat pump system which has worked great for the past 8 months. I enjoyed the annual maintenance included with the JBAC plan, and it has more or less paid for itself in reducing or eliminating service fees for other issues. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was about 10 years ago they installed a pricey UV air purifier unit (my wife had asthma) which died a few weeks after the warranty ran out. Hopefully they don't continue to peddle bad products, but the rest of their work has been great and they are always polite and friendly.
