I've already tested Kwe Tiaw, the Indonesian version of Pad Thai, which was scrumptious but just a tad wet for my taste. The chicken satay, several skewers of chicken chunks served over white rice and smothered in a sinfully delicious coconut/peanut sauce was incredible however, raising my rating from a four to five star.
What I love is how fresh everything is, but yet how fast they get it on a plate. I also appreciate the bright, raw scallions and tomatoes that they top every dish for a nice bit of color and crunch.
Definitely going to make my way through the rest of the menu!
