I made a mistake, and I trusted them hook line and sinker. On my first follow up on 5/31/23 the technician said he found one mouse which I did not see. The company never performed the second and subsequent follow ups. This is determined by actual activity inside the home, areas that need to be sealed on the outside of the home, and how many follow up's will be needed to remediate the problem.
