I called and confirmed the house stats and prices and made the appointment. I know this is a dusty business, but the truck, equipment and crew were all clean neat and tidy. Matt and Angel were polite, friendly and left my visible home cleaner than when they arrived. After seeing the before and after photos of the ducts they obviously left them cleaner than I thought possible. The house is almost 60 years old and the ducts had never been cleaned. It was so worth it! I had problems receiving the photos, but the office manager and even the owner worked to get them to me. The actual service performed was great and the field workers, staff and owner addressed all my concerns and issues. EXCEPTIONAL!

I hired JP Heating and Air Cond to Replace a 10yr old and Leaking Water Heater in Waupaca and…read more Jared gave me a good price for that and did a Great Job, AND he found that after the first run with the New Unit the Piping was Hooked Up Backwards!! The Intake and Supply were Reversed with the Main Intake at the Top and Supply at the Bottom! .He Told me then Repaired and Reversed that and Also that had probly Caused the Minerals and deposits in the Hot Water to be Pushed out when the Water was Connected Correctly it continued to Push All the loose Buildup in the hot Piping to the Faucets which Clogged the lines and Valves of the Hot Water somewhat which he Cleared and got to Flow Again Correctly!! Great Job! Also had to Replace the Kitchen faucet and RePipe the Clothes Washer to get Hot Water as that was goofy and not Plumbed Right. Very Thankful for that and tho it did take more time and effort it didnt cost that much more to fix those unexpected issues. Very Grateful for that!

As a general contractor with over 20 years in business, I was not impressed with their work. They ripped out whatever was in their way and left a mess that had to be fixed/covered up. In one instance, they only needed a couple inches and they could have installed the duct behind a closet wall/bi-fold door but instead they busted up the trim and tore out framing to do their install directly in the way of the door. I understand that the owner who was selling the house probably didn't care - they likely just wanted the "cheapest" thing done to get the sale, but it showed a distinct lack of foresight AND a lack of respect for the new owners (my sister, brother-in-law and their kids). It really isn't THAT much more difficult to CARE about one's work! Based on that, I cannot recommend them.

Not a good bye, are you satisfied, nothing. And he left these little grey sponge blocks, don't know what they were for. My husband's bowling ball was in the middle of our memory foam bed. No customer service or courtesy at all from this guy. I let this man into my house, he should be respectful. Before going to bed our carpet were still very wet. We had opened all window & doors with ceiling fans on since John left. The next morning carpet felt crunchy, not soft like it was. But the worst part I awoke to a wet dog smell. He came out and told us after looking at our furnace that it was clean and we don't need his services! I was amazed. He then advised us by telling us he would do this and his staff as well to be honest and forthright. This is what a business should be doing. Help people, do right by people and if you do the work, which he informed us, would be done or redone until correct. I don't know what the cost would be if he had to do the work for us, but I was impressed with his words, actions and information. He returned after advising us that the furnace should be sprayed with a deterrent to prevent mold and came back to do the job for us the next day. Wonderful. 5 star quality business practice.

There was a listing for Barnard Heating & Cooling (Nathan Barnard), which started business in 2024 and he stated he has 13 years' experience in HVAC and he was open on Thanksgiving Day; so, I called him and explained the situation. He said he would take a look at it on Friday, the following day. He checked it out, knowing that I needed a new furnace, he said he could install a new Heil furnace the following Monday and quoted a fair price. I told him to write it up. So, Monday, he installed the new furnace with no problems. What a difference; heats the house quickly. Nathan "Nate" Barnard is very professional and personable.
