Jasper was friendly, introduced himself upon arrival & we discussed the plan moving forward. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me the pricing quote. Shortly following Jaspers visit, the office called to schedule service. They offered service within a week and with many different times to fit my schedule. Vince was our technician and he could not have been more wonderful. He is such a an engaged and kind person. He sprayed and dusted and we have not had a carpenter bee problem since!! Zero stars if possible. Wife hired them at our house. I had no involvement. First, they rescheduled…read morean appt without letting her know. Another time they showed up unannounced for a treatment. I had an appt scheduled today between 4pm-6pm at my rental property. Got there at 3:40pm. Waited until exactly 6pm. Nothing. No tech. No calls. Left the property. Called their office and left message. Service tech called at 6:20pm. Would have maybe been acceptable if tech would have called earlier to say they were running late. Cancelled permanently. Will not use again.
