James always takes the time to show us the changes and improvements they are making, and you can see the care that he puts into everything he grows. In the winter they have the best Christmas trees, wreaths, kissing balls, and pine garland. I know nothing about plants, and James and Whitney are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to selecting plants that will thrive in my environment and with my level of skill. I also addressed my concerns with Glenn (the owner) within the one-year guarantee period (I have email records of this), and I discussed my concerns directly with him when they were here to mulch. At this point, I will take this as a loss, and you will lose a customer. I will also use all my platforms to let "future customers" know that you do not stand by your guarantee.
