I hired D Landscape to do a total yard renewal - from dust/weeds with debris and leaves everywhere, no grass growing, and sprinklers were not adjusted correctly so water was being wasted. Let me just start off by saying Iran and his team are fast, efficient, friendly, reliable, and most importantly AFFORDABLE. If you need a landscape project, look no further. A little about our project. (Pictures included) We had a really uneven lawn full of mostly weeds and an irrigation system that seemed like it was from the '40s. Exposed galvanized plumbing and weak heads. We were looking for a full lawn strip and level, new sod, new irrigation with timer and dripper system and mulch for the perimeter. Then i also requested a pad behind my garage to be put down with DG. I reached out for a quote on a Saturday and the response was prompt. Iran and his wife came over the next day on a Sunday to gave me a quote! I couldn't believe they were willing to come out the next day.. It was incredibly fast and they are super friendly. They sent me an estimate the same day... wow! I took a couple days to think about it and then confirmed. They were at my house in less than a week to get started. Since it was a lot of work, I fully expected a team would need a week to knock it out but not this team!! They were done start to finish in less than 48 hours. The back yard looks beautiful, sprinklers work flawlessly, and my wife is happy. What more can a guy ask for. In all seriousness, going with Dlandscaping was the best decision we made. Iran came out for a bid and asked for the budget. I told him what the desired outcome was and he said he would get back to me. His prices are very high, over 100$ on each tree. I compared it with 4 others. He said he would match the price and would get back to me. 5 days later nothing and then tells me he's busy. I think that's unprofessional and rude. Don't waste my time and create issues with my schedule. I'm happy to not have him do the job. Communication is important for all work. He's definitely not responsive. read more

I hired D Landscape to redo my lawns and flower beds. Iran, the owner, and his wife Paola work as a team and came out and gave me a quote. D Landscape uses a CAD program to render a visual of your future landscaping which I found impressive. After a few pictures and the drawings rendered, I decided to go with D Landscape. We haggled a little about price and came to an agreement that worked for both of us. Work commenced and was done over two weekends to completion. Iran hires large crews that work their butts off plus they were really nice, a highly talented bunch. It really turned out nice but a couple weeks in some of my plants didn't seem to be taking root so I called Iran and he offered to come help me out. We were having a drain line replaced because it was backing up due to all the rain we got as of late. Found out that we had tree roots that had infiltrated the pipe. We had called several places to get a quote for a tree and old stump removal. Iran worked to explain the granular specifics of the quote from materials to labor vs just giving you a lump sum total which I appreciated. Even better was they were able to start the following weekend and got the job done in 2 days.
