I suggest this company to all home owners and contractors who want to deal with a professional company with no drama. I love the service at simple turf. I am an installer and have been a customer for a few years. They not only make deliveries quickly and reliably but also with great care. The drivers are always so nice and helpful. The sales team is equally great. They keep me informed on what's in stock and what is running low. They are very helpful and really friendly. I met Juan from their Covina Location. I was referred to him by one of my gardeners. He was very knowledgeable about the products they carried and even helped me decide on what would be best for my landscape project when it came to Synthetic turf. I was sold on their warranty which I found out was the best out there and trust me I did my research. Their irrigation material selection is good as well. Juan even helped me with my design and even saved me money by showing me how I should get my cuts done. I HIGHLY recommend Irrigation Express and Juan for any Turf purchases. My husband and I were looking for synthetic grass to be installed at our home to save on gardening costs and especially on water costs. I found Irrigation Express through my search of Synthetic grass online. Their closest store to my home was in Covina. I stopped by after I spoke briefly on the phone with their manager Juan. I let him know my wife and I were in the market to get synthetic grass and that we had to keep to a budget. He asked us to stop by so that he could show us the various types they carried and he also asked us to bring any samples we already had so that we could compare. I did my research and I had a few samples from Tiger as well as Purchase green and a few others. Juan was very helpful when it came to answering all our questions and concerns about installation and the type of sand required to finish installation. We were very happy with the choice we made to go with Simple Turf . They even go out of their way to explain the step by step installation process if you are taking on the project yourself. They have the best warranty compared to anyone we have dealt with and so far 18 years is the most I have seen offered. I ended up hiring someone to help install my turf and the result was amazing.
