I'll describe it a little since there isn't much information online (they're not a really tech-savvy operation, more of a "we've been doing this forever and it works fine, why make it more complicated" operation). The entire lot is fenced, and there's a manager who lives on-site. The parking lot gets muddy in inclement weather, but the units stay dry; they're stick-built on a sealed concrete slab, with roll-front doors, and there are a variety of sizes. Once we realized there was space to park large vehicles, we ended up renting a space for our trailer, too. Sometimes if we call or email, we don't get a response right away, but the flip side is that they're flexible and actually gave us a few free days while we were moving in. The manager also stayed late once so we could unload when our day went haywire and we were later than we meant to be. I'd much rather just wait a day or two for a call than deal with people who can't go with the flow. The prices are more than reasonable, the accessible hours are good, and no one has ever complained when we brought our dogs while loading/unloading (we kept them in the car and on leash, though, so keep that in mind).

Randy was especially amazing, our move out happened to be the day after a snowfall and our UHaul got stuck. While we had the available coverage to call a tow truck to come get us out Randy personally can back with shovels and ice melt to help us. He spent a good 40mjns of his personal time digging with us and eventually we got unstuck. This place has clear pride of ownership and is run by a sincerely good person.

Some of the other places were dingy and didn't feel safe for me or my stuff. At DPSS I felt welcome and at ease immediately and they had the perfect size unit at a great price (especially compared to western Washington!). The property is gated so everyone must have a code and there are lots of security cameras around; I never worried about my belongings or being there alone. In the winter, they plow daily so it was always easy to access my unit. They offer different sized units and RV parking. The office is staffed regular business hours with a very nice lady and they have a restroom available.

When my gf and I went in to do the official paperwork, Kia and the owner were there to great us. They were very friendly and thorough on all the details of renting a storage unit and what they did on property to ensure safety and security of our unit. Tip - the access into/out of the property is through an app. Coming in isn't an issue, leaving seems to be since both times we came to drop off items and exit, I had to physically get out of my car to get the gate control unit to catch the signal from the app to open the gate.

There was an awful mouse/rat infestation and while none of my stuff was really damaged per se, there was tons of mouse poop and pee on everything so it all needed cleaning.
