You can taste that they have used good quality ingredients and that these badboys are made with loving hands of an artisan so you don't mind paying $4-6 per donut or less if you buy in multiples. It's easy to miss this place, I walked passed it quite a few times before I noticed it, it's only a very small shop front, you'll find them on the corner of Cavill and Orchid next door to the 7D Cinema.

To my delight I was able to substitute chocolate for buttermilk at no extra cost. I believe it is $1.50 per pancake to substitute the other way. The pancakes were thick, warm, fluffy and had that unmistakable fresh pancake smell. Yes I did sniff them first to check. The topping of cream, chocolate ice cream, fresh strawberries and chocolate sauce was heaven! Plenty of sauce to eat with pancake and dip my strawberries.
