My neighbors around me were so impressed by how hard Jeff worked, that they all hired him for their projects. Well here it is. I have developed a pretty good relationship with one of their employees. His name is Greg. Getting him to actually schedule and appt. can be difficult. Very frustrating. I also met what I thought were the managers (bossmen) on my street and asked them to have Greg follow up with me - never happened. I asked for a quote on installing an ice melt system on my roof. I was told a quote would be forthcoming. And as asked for some boards to be straightened out on my deck Greg felt he should ask others on staff to work on it as well. 2 months later I have not heard back. I also contacted Greg since then about another small job and I have not heard back from him either. I have been patient because I haven't found another resource but.....
