DS&F Does It Again! Since relocating here from Memphis in 2016 we have called DS&F for several issues including a new grinder pump and Today Our Hot Water Heater/Tank. Not only is the service 100% Excellent, but the employees are Extremely knowledgeable and So Courteous! Today we had Nick come out to service our water heater whereas he's been here before for our grinder pump issues. Actually our grinder pump issue was a HUGE task and Several Employees took part in that tedious issue, but today the service was again Excellent! We noticed our water was not getting hot and only stayed warm for a few minutes so we contacted DS&F yesterday and was promptly serviced first thing this morning. Talked to person after hours on a Saturday night- He gave an approx time the service team would show up(within a couple hours). An hour later, Dalton called while en route. I would not recommend this company, we had them come out for a drain issue, it was after hours and I was prepared to pay extra however I was not prepared for additional charges for their equipment that every plumber needs for conducting business. After two days the same issue was happening again. With the experience I had with them I will not let them come back and caution anyone with a plumbing issue to call anyone except DS & F, I would recommend Billy Bob's shady tree plumbing first. We had a couple leaky faucets that we were going to try to fix ourselves. I just happened to look outside and a DS&F plumbing van was outside. I asked my husband to go downstairs and ask him if when he was done with our neighbors could he fix ours. He said sure. The kitchen faucet needed to be replaced and a cartridge was bad in the bathroom sink. He had me call his phone so he would have my #, went out to a store and text me a picture of a faucet. It was fine. He came back and replaced the kitchen one and repaired the bathroom one. He cleaned up and took the packaging to the dumpster. He did everything in a timely fashion, he was professional and very nice. I added them to our condo contacts so we can let others here know who to call. The man's name was David. Great service. I called on Friday at noon and they had someone here by 2:00. I had requested they replace the garbage disposal with a new one due to broken glass in the old one. The plumber (Dan D) inspected it and said he didn't think it needed replacing. He cleaned and tested it thoroughly and it's now working great. He saved me some $$ there. read more

I had this company out to clear out lateral lines, they were bubbling up through the ground. They said it was done and they cleared out roots. After that the Lateral lines were still bubbling water up through the ground. I had them back out to give me an estimate on a septic tank. They are supposed to be licensed to install a septic tank. I got the estimate and it was a just a total. I asked for an itemization. The first thing I noticed is that they were trying to install a 750 gallon tank when the law is a 1000 gallon tank. Second I noticed he was charging over 1200$ for a 750 gal when they are only about $600. So this licensed plumber didn't know the law even though this is what they do. He was trying to rip me off. I got someone else to do the job. When installing the septic tank my repairman said he was going to dig up part of the lateral lines to what the problem was. He got to where the problem was and we all saw how these lines were not cleaned and no effort had been made. A big root had broken the lines and there was no way a snake could have gotten through that. It was filled with rocks, roots and dirt. It's clear this company cannot be trusted with your repairs. read more
