They do not keep appointments . But they will reschedule indefinitely, making you sit at home for hours and they never show up

Beware! I had them out to check my mom's HVAC because the capacitor appeared to be out. It was a $100 item. The technician called me and said it was also low on Freon but that was to be expected because these units regularly leak Freon. After paying him $830 a friend of mine told me that that is baloney that these are closed systems and there must be a leak. I called them back they sent someone out determined there were two leaks (why didn't they figure that out in the beginning?) and that it would cost another $1830 to fix the leaks. Understandably wary, I contacted another company who came out and fixed the system for $820 total. They also told me that the parts were covered by warranty which Aire Serve neglected to mention. I believe with all my heart that they were taking advantage of what they thought was a stupid elderly woman. I am a realtor in the Branson area and I love helping my clients find good reputable companies. This is not one of them. read more

I contacted Air Serve on March 3, 2025 and requested a service person to come to my home and give me a quote for a new HVAC system including installation! The receptionist would ask me a question and then interrupt me when I tried to answer. Finally, I had to tell her to stop interrupting me! After an irritating five minutes spent talking with her, I scheduled an appointment for the following day March 4, 2025 between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.. Needless to say, nobody showed up nor did they call to advise me they were running behind! I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're looking for curious and reliable HVAC service!!! read more

Just installed a complete change out for us today, inside and out. Showed up 10 minutes prior to estimated time frame (awesome!), very polite, efficient and knowledgeable! Cleaned up after themselves and explained our new fancy thermostat. Kudos to the install guys!! Matt came out for the estimate and was very clear and up front about the quotes. Got the system installed within 48 hours of the estimate, and would have done sooner if the weather was hotter. Can't say enough good things! read more

I've used Aire Serv on multiple occasions including this past holiday weekend when I was sure I would have a difficult time finding someone to help with our air conditioner not cooling. Matt came, he was very knowledgeable and did a great job troubleshooting the issue right away. RIP OFF REPORT. I called for an estimate for air duct cleaning on 8/9/24. The estimate was higher than other companies so I did not hire them. A few minutes later I received an email from neighborly.com saying that Aire Serv was scheduled to be at my cabin on Monday. Neighborly is a rip off.... can't respond to their email. I called Aire Serv immediately and told them I never scheduled an appointment with them. After 15 minutes with no explanation or apology they finally said they would send an email showing that they canceled the Monday appointment. An hour later, I still have not received an email. This company and neighborly are committing fraud. read more

Aire Serve came out last summer to add freon to my unit. When my unit froze up this year, I called them expecting them to add freon again. The technician called me to tell me it needed freon and they didn't carry R22 freon anymore. They charged me a service call and then tried to sell me a new unit. read more

When we had no air conditioning at the very beginning of the summer, when they were so busy, they still came out. When they checked our system, and found out it had an issue, they wasted no time finding the part and getting it fixed. They have never overcharged us for the time they've spent on our A/C. Quick Response and Technician was punctual and worked hours on the roof in a torrential downpour. Repaired bad wiring and had me go purchase a couple of fuses to save cost. Most places would purchase wholesale and then mark it up double or even triple to the customer. Very fair and honest as the only charge was the standard service call. I run a nightly rental cleaning company and have to call them out all the time on certain various situations. COMPLETE RIPOFFS! the first thing the technician did was check inside and seen it was an r22 system. oh-oh he said this is old and needs to be replaced. followed him outside and he said that I had a dead compressor because it's not turning on outside the piss poor Aire Serve tech told me my system wasn't worth repairing and the new systems "blow colder air." the next day the salesman come by and told me $8000 for a 14 seer heat pump 3 ton I contacted someone for a second opinion and it was a frigging capacitor!! $190 and my system is cooling perfectly. I asked the serviceman at the other company if I should replace my current system... his response...." mam this system is less than ten years old, it's your weekend getaway home so you hardly use it most of the time. I see no reason to replace it because of a failed capacitor." And do NOT give me that BS about a new tech you have recently fired... the guy you sent out is the one you have on your website as being on with you for a long period of time. Well I tried this place because of the great ratings after my AC wasn't blowing cool first time I turned it on this season. They had a tech come out. It was dark out. Within five minutes he came back in the house and told me the entire system would have to be replaced at a cost of approximately $9000! He told me they would send out another guy the next morning so I had to stay home from work and wait for him. When he showed up it was a salesman. I have been in contact with some friends in the business about the situation and what they had told me was wrong with it apparently pipe had burst or something is what I was told by the tech. When he showed up I told him I wanted him to take it apart again and show me exactly what was wrong with it so that I could take pictures and get other bids as well because there was no way I was going to spend $9000 on a new system. He left and I never heard back from them. So basically they tried to rip me off for a whole new system. I ended up calling another tech and he came out and fixed it it was less than $1000 and he spent four hours here doing everything he could to make it right there was no burst pipe there was no leaking.Very very pissed off to be taken advantage of this way and the fact that they never got back with me after the salesman left just shows me that they were interested in repairing my system they just wanted to sell me a whole new one at an outrageous price.
