Brian was a good guy but some of the senior staff members were very difficult to deal with and quite frankly wasted my time while billing at $150/hour. I ended up calling Robert's plumbing afterwards. Roberts plumbing repeated the consultation and were much more professional and cooperative. They also charged substantially less.
