When I was told my appt time was 30 mins over due I was told there were still two patients ahead of me. I sat down and waited another 15 mins, I then went and told the desk clerk to annotate my chart as not seen due to doctor availability. They didn't even offer to reschedule my appt. In fact they didn't even care that I would be seen. I am now without a prescription, PT referral and still in pain. Don't think I'll be returning.

They don't just sit you up on a table with a manual and tell you to do the stretches, the explain why. Explain which muscle group the set will focus on building. Why we are trying to build strength here, what benefits will come from this workout, and on and on down the line. It's great, and I always leave feeling like I've been helped. My primary PT here is named Breeanna. I feel very fortunate to have her helping me. She is professional, she answers all my questions, and I can just tell that she is dedicated to helping others, which I'd say is as noble a goal as anyone could ever hope for. The rest of the team is also wonderful. At one point or another, I think I've spoken with every person who works here and they are all very helpful. I feel like my time at ATI is going to end with me being far better off than when I began. And this isn't my first round of PT. After five sessions I am doing a lot better. Hip and lower back pain have decreased by a bunch. Walking pain free has increased from a few minutes to an hour or more. Dr. Walters and her entire staff are great. Extremely courteous and professional, they allow you to progress through each personalized session at your own pace, adding or reducing time at each station. If you need PT, short or long term, you can't do better than GOPT.

Front Desk Staff keeps to themselves. There is a self check in that's very convenient to use. Rudy, the Occupational Therapy Tech was punctal about taking me back to the therapy room. Also, the Restrooms are clean. I believe, I saw Christian Decor and they have a toilet paper dispenser that dispenses just enough toilet paper to wipe. Sydney my Occupational Therapist was professional, enthusiastic and personable. She seemed to really like her job and care about me. She was patient with all my questions. The other staff members are nice and supportive too. I was able to participate in neat little activities that help support my grip with my hand. The other patients were friendly too. I gained my strength back in my hand. Iam able to make a fist now. Overall, I made progress and the Therapy was a success. My grip strength is stronger than my left hand!

I was assigned to Mr. Patrick Kimball, Certified Hand Therapist, who proceeded to make a custom cast that I can remove when I shower. I cannot provide enough superlatives to describe Mr. Kimball's process and end product. He was understanding, efficient, and extremely professional. It took Mr. Kimball less than an hour to create my cast and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend FWPT and Mr. Kimball for all of your hand needs.
