Anna never picked up my real estate's phone calls. Texts and emails were left unanswered. Four days later the property I looked at was on Zillow with a pending offer. I didn't even get a chance to put an offer in, and if there was an offer pending why was the place still being shown? I understand that things can sometimes move quick in real estate, however the lack of communication resulted in a terrible experience.

I rescheduled our entire staff - missing out on several appointments - so that we could hold this photography class for our associates. I received an email the NIGHT before at 11PM informing me she needed to cancel the appointment - with no other explanation. She has caused us to lose funds, and has proven to be completely unreliable and unprofessional. For these reasons alone I would not recommend her to anyone.
