4th of July weekend and was urgently needing Permaset water based ink to finish up a big project but the vendors who carry Permaset were closed. Looked up other ink suppliers and came across D3 and thankful I did. I met with Nephi, and after spending some time learning invaluable tips that Nephi took his time to teach me. Rather than make an easy sale and move on, Nephi showed a genuine interest in helping me succeed. The vibe at D3 is so Nobel and warm hearted. I needed to get a new can of screen opener for the Monday following Easter. I am not a professional screen printer, but it is one of my responsibilities at work. On the Friday before, I called ahead to see if they have screen openers (I didn't know you couldn't buy screen printing materials at craft stores like Michaels) then made my way over. I got there around a quarter to 4 pm, but because it was Good Friday, almost everyone had left early for the weekend. I hadn't asked when they would be open til when I called previously, but when I called again just in case, Victor was available, let me in, and helped me out immensely. I am so unbelievably grateful to Victor and D3. He was so accommodating to my inexperience, was courteous about my time (even though I was the one inconveniencing him), explained and demonstrated ideal screen printing technique and know-how. On Monday, my productivity was literally 10x better than before and I barely messed up (which saved money, time, and effort). Even though I am not a wholesale customer, I never felt like he was trying to upsell supplies or be pushy beyond what I needed. Followup customer service with Jessica has been super sweet too. Found these guys after my other screen printing supplier closed down and I'm happy I did. The owners are extremely helpful and super friendly, you can tell they have a real passion for this and they have real knowledge as well. The past two times I've been there they have been more than happy to spend time with me and explain how different materials and chemicals work and never did they say they had no time or it's taking too long even though I don't make huge orders. I read the other review they have from "Janet" and I think maybe she just went to the wrong place and got lost because d3 is FULL of screen printing supplies, I'm pretty sure over 10,000 square feet of supplies. Very cool to see the wholesale side of this business. Anyway, if you come to this place they'll definitely earn your business for good. I will be recommending them to my business partners. read more
