This was my second (maybe third) visit to Coexist, and unfortunately, it has been a disappointment…read moreevery single time. Against my better judgment, I decided to give it one more shot and it just confirmed everything I already suspected. Total waste of money, it's not worth it. Most of the gaming systems have issues: the remotes are barely functional, some consoles aren't even fully set up, and a few aren't signed into accounts so you can't even play properly. The foosball table is completely broken, and the pool table is wobbly and unstable. The atmosphere is just as bad. There's no music playing, which makes the entire place feel dull and lifeless. The employees seem completely uninterested and not helpful at all -- whether it's empty or packed, the service and vibe don't get any better. When it's crowded, it's even worse because there's barely any space to move around or enjoy yourself. Bottom line: I won't be coming back. If you're looking for a better gaming spot, BrookLAN is miles ahead of this place.

The vibe and decor is there. Service lacked a little, as there was only 1 bartender and the drink I had tasted good but was on the weak side. So much so that my next drink was a mocktail. I also ordered the sliders which were basically glorified White Castle mini burgers. The power went out maybe 2 or 3 times while I was there which was weird!

Coexist Gaming - Is that a second bar? Is that a second bar wrapped in gold with gold seats and all go everything? Yes, I believe so!

Luckily we arrived early, but it was a bit upsetting that they couldn't provide an estimate of how long the wait might be, only a list of how long some other groups have currently waited, ranging up to 3 hours, which is a long time to spend wandering around Times Square waiting for a text. I also had some arcade credit from another Groupon, which we used to keep ourselves entertained for about 45 minutes during our wait. We were so happy when we finally got the text that it was our turn to bowl. It was a bit cramped at our area, not having quite enough space for everyone to sit comfortably or easily get from the seats to the bowling area without needing others to shift around.

Everything is automated so it was very easy to add names and just start bowling. The staff was good on the floor and the bar. Our company got open bar and food. All the food was cold. The selection of food was cold hard sandwich or something fried, the Bowlmor faults for the selection of items. Is there fault that everything was cold. There was a toss salad and chips/dips available. Overall I had fun and would come with friends.

He never forgets my drink order, always makes sure everyone is taken care of, and somehow remembers EVERYONE'S order like it's second nature. His customer service is unmatched -- attentive, accommodating, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and it completely changes the experience. Adam is not just an amazing bartender, he's an amazing human being. If you're going to Frames, make sure you stop by the front bar and see Adam. People like him are rare and definitely deserve recognition. Thank you for always making every visit a great one!

To be fair, still prefer the booze, but health first. We got a package where we had two hours of bowling and a bit of karaoke. We got caesar salad, pigs in a blanket, nachos, and chicken tenders. All was good except the nachos. Skip it. After a game of bowling, some of us stayed and did some karaoke. Personally think this is a good place to bowl, sing, and do other things like pingpong and pool, but the location is not ideal. Port authority gets really sketchy after dark. Would not go out of my way seeking this place out.
