We loved Da Gaitano so much that we came back twice during our stay in Pereta. Every dish was memorable- the truffle and ricotta tortellini was a standout, with dough so soft and thin it practically melted in your mouth. The zucchini pasta was excellent, and the ragu of white boar was rich and flavorful. Even my kids couldn't get enough- they were eating the parmesan by the spoonful straight from the jar!
We couldn't resist ordering every dessert on the menu, and each one was worth it- especially the tiramisu, which is not to be missed. The service was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere had that cozy, homey charm that makes you want to linger over your meal.
An absolute gem in Pereta- we'll be dreaming about this place until we can come back. read more
