The contract stated that the work would include the removal of all trees and roots, hauling of green waste, and preparation of the ground for replanting. Unfortunately, the ground was never tilled or properly prepared as promised. The removal of several dozen small Lady Palms went smoothly, but when it came time to remove the roots, the job was not completed as agreed. Although I was told a jackhammer would be used for root removal, they instead tried to remove the roots by hand, which proved ineffective. Despite the incomplete work, the owner insisted on immediate payment. Afterward, he stopped responding to my messages ("ghosted" me). I have since had to remove many roots myself and still have a large portion remaining--work I now need to hire another company to finish. Additionally, the owner repeatedly tried to persuade me to hire him for unrelated projects, such as building a rock wall, which I declined. Bottom line: Poor communication, incomplete work, and lack of professionalism. Hire this company at your own risk.
