The girl at the counter said it was the chef's fault, and the chef said the girl gave the wrong information -- yet neither of them took responsibility. I was then told it would take 10-12 minutes to fix the order, even though I have ordered momos from them before and they take 25 minutes to steam. Despite this, I calmly said I would wait if they could offer a small discount or compensation for the inconvenience. She checked with the chef and came back with, "We can't give any discount." The chef then came out and tried to offer free veg momos, which I clearly said I didn't want. I only asked for a reasonable discount -- something most restaurants, especially new ones, offer to keep customers happy. I stepped outside, and the girl followed me out saying she would talk to the owner and update me. I waited another 10 minutes, and she never came back. No apology. No response. No call from the owner. Nothing. For a new restaurant trying to build their name, this was honestly shocking. No accountability, no respect for the customer's time, and no basic understanding of customer service. Instead of owning their mistake, the staff spent time blaming each other and still refused to offer even a small gesture of goodwill. I would strongly advise people to be cautious when ordering from this place.
