We were particularly interested in a stuffed zucchini flower dish listed as an antipasti. The zucchini flower dish was a bust on 2 counts: they were out of it but anyway the stuffing included meat. We settled for a pizza antipasti with olives, capers, and cherry tomatoes that was just ok. We shared two entrees: a fresh pasta with vegetable ragu, and a zucchuni cream with crunchy bread. They were each just OK, and disappointing after having much better, simpler meals in the area. The bottled wine list was extensive but had a bizarre over-representation of French wines, and the bicchieri list was extremely disappointing, especially for a place that bills itself as an enoteca. The interior is nicely appointed and pretty. Here is what counts: the food is amazing. The concierge at my hotel recommended and I know why. First, I started with an appetizer sampler of the Piedmontese traditional foods. Delicious. My waiter recommended a Barolo which paired perfectly. Then, I had the Agnolotti pasta, perfectly cooked and the sauce was light and complimented the pasta perfectly. For dessert, I got the hazelnut cake with hazelnut mouse and hazelnut ice cream.
