The staff and owner were super friendly and helpful with any questions. We got the lay out of the shop once we got there so it was easy to navigate their many sections. It's a pretty big record shop with lots of good options and great prices. They have vinyl, CDs, merch, patches and other goodies. I bought a record and really enjoyed my time there. This is THE place for comic books, graphic novels, Funkos, toys etc in Brevard County. Those looking for Board games, Puzzles, Collectable Card games, gaming miniatures (WH, Battle Tech, Bones, etc) should seek out Get Your Fun On which was co-located with FFF for many years. Both are GREAT establishments and mutually support each other. Their mutual success meant they outgrew their previous shared space. Both are deserving of your business. However, there is another comic place that specializes in higher-end or rarer comics: 9.9 Comics. As a former comic collector, I like this as certain comics are definitely worth having especially when it comes to the overall worth of one's collection. For starters, 9.9 Comics is located in the same shopping plaza as Mingee's Korean Kitchen and Vinyl Request Records, the one located at the northwest quadrant of the Sarno Rd. and Apollo Blvd. intersection. It is a rather small store compared to others in the plaza, but what they do have for what they sell amazes me: CGC comics. In comics, the Comic Guaranty Company (CGC) is known for being the first independent and impartial third-party grading service. This means they grade comics on numerous factors such as rarity for example. They often utilize colors to help differentiate comics as well as number ratings. Color examples include blue meaning common (nothing outside of the norm) and yellow meaning signature series (signature of a very important person associated with said comic on it as observed by CGC associate). As for the number ratings, it is as it sounds. The higher the number, the better. 9.9 Comics tries to have comics that cater with the higher ratings preferably those in mint condition (which is 9.9 according to CGC). They do have toys, collectables, and events too, but comics of a higher caliber seems to be their centralized bread and butter. With that in mind, expect to pay a tad bit more over the common comic too.

He is the collector also and always has some great insight into hobby. Andi, his wife, helps to run the store and always offers a smile and perfect assistance. Their parents are also involved. It's just GREAT family warmth, and feeling wanted and blessed on every visit. You can also find them at trade shows occasionally like Orlando, and the Turkey Run in Daytona amongst others. Remember to call ahead as this in not their main business and hours might vary. They are very accommodating whenever possible. They also have a unique show monthly in which they allow collectors and vendors to offer/trade their items and collections to all that visit. Usually scheduled for first Saturday of each month. It's much larger than you expect with multiple tables and lots to look at. You will not find a more warm, inviting and caring small business and owners. Truly a hidden gem in the hobby and collection of diecast. Some brands offered are Hotwheels, Autoworld, Johnny Lightning and other specialty brands and unique foreign resin type vehicles too. They might even buy your collection !
