As soon as we reached out to Ray, he answered us SAME DAY! We were so grateful! We sent Ray a few photos and he quickly quoted us a fair price and scheduled a quick clean up. Our yard was in ROUGH shape, and Ray fixed it up better than it was when we moved into the place. He was meticulous and thorough, and he exceeded my expectations! Our yard is tough - all rocks and mulch and big bushes and weeds - but he really knew what he was doing and got it looking nice! He also hauled everything away, which was nice. Now I'm not embarrassed about the way our yard looks! We really appreciate Ray. I would 10/10 recommend Walker Lawn Service and will absolutely have him back!

I contacted the owner the very next day, explained the situation, and requested to be released. He spoke with me at length and said he would call me back--but never did. Despite multiple messages, I never received a response, and we were left stuck in the contract. To make matters worse, the contract auto-renews. It also took several requests before they finally provided us with a copy of the agreement. Based on my experience, I found this company to be unresponsive, untrustworthy and unethical. Previously, I wanted to speak with a representative and followed the address given. It is not an address of any building other than a high- rise residential downtown off of 17th st. When I called to ask exactly where the shop was, they were upset that I was trying to find the address. They are definitely not interested in a good customer service. Finally, I tried to look up their business on the BBB of Denver. They are not listed. All flags I think you should consider before you move forward.

Teo was able to recycle a lot of material in our back yard to help bring the price around $5k cheaper than the next best offer. Now when the price is that good, some might expect poor work or follow through. That wasn't the case. The job took a bit longer than expected but Teo was great at communicating if he was going to be back in 1-2 days so he could fulfill smaller projects which I was fine with, especially for the price he saved us. After he laid the sod we did have a couple areas die and Teo came back twice to patch the areas of concern and even patched areas we were not concerned about and changed sprinkler heads to make it more efficient for us. Again, when the price is that good some people might expect to pay the contractor and never see them again but that's not the case. Having a company that follows through and comes back to make things "perfect" is all you can ask for, and him working with us to recycle a lot of material and save us $ made it all worth it. The concrete he added in the front also turned out great. Definitely call to get work done by them if you are on a budget and don't want to worry about half asked jobs.
