No knock on the door, no heads-up, nothing. When they returned a few days later to finish the job, the same thing happened again. Two different visits, same lack of courtesy. A simple "hey, we're going to be working here -- could you move your car?" would have solved everything, but apparently that level of professionalism was too much to ask. When I had a large tree removed from my property, I made sure to notify my neighbors ahead of time and even offered food and help since it affected them. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect the same basic respect and awareness I show others. It's incredibly disappointing to see a company operate with so little consideration for the people living nearby. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them to anyone who values professionalism or common courtesy.

The wood was junk. The pieces were very small, very light and full of holes. We will be spreading the word to all of our friends to go somewhere else.
