I received nothing but grief, condescending comments, threats of keeping $400 for breach of contract,(which his contract states nothing about that). He later changed the bogus penalty to $150 when I pointed out his contract info. Finally, on 9/18/23, he stated my check "was in the mail". Never received one as of 10/5/23. I reached out and was told check was mailed 10/4/23. The owner(Frank) has not responded to my calls, texts, & emails after 10/5/23. My husband teaches out 10/18/23 and was told 2 checks were mailed but he would send another. Let's hope he is stating the truth this time. ( as of this review on 10/19/23)

After multiple quotes and trying to decide the correct time/people to perform the work, I decided to go with Morges Painting for a number of reasons. When Mike first came to my home for an estimate, he immediately took notice of the poor paint job done by the previous owners. I have aluminum beams on the front of my house, and Mike said that there was no primer under the paint, which was causing the paint to peel. He stated that a proper job would be to remove the paint to the metal, prime the surface appropriately, and then apply the paint. Some other estimates I received did not indicate that primer was needed. Also, some painters told me that the paint was peeling simply because it was too old. It was clear from the outset that Mike not only knew what he was talking about but that he wanted to perform the job properly. He and Shawn did an absolutely terrific job transforming my home at a very fair price. I cannot express how patient, kind, accommodating, reliable and trustworthy they were during the whole process. Even though the job took a bit longer than expected due to some rainy days, not once did they cut any corners or try to speed along to rush to another job. They thoroughly, and I mean thoroughly, and properly prepped the exterior of the home prior to painting it in order to ensure that the job would hold well over the coming years. They were timely, professional, and so incredible through the whole process. And to top things off, without prompting, they even replaced my house numbers to match the paint colors I chose because the old numbers were rusted. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. We are glad that we chose to work with Gally, the owner, and his team members Will, Doug and Tony because the project required a great deal of meticulousness and patience. All of these guys are very respectful and good at what they do. Their design skills are terrific. From start to finish Gally made us feel secure and comfortable with the entire process. He was always available via phone, text, and would swing by if we had any questions or problems during the project. The pics looked good so I agreed to pay him through Cashapp. When I arrived early the next day, I realized the house was not nearly as clean as it appeared to be in the photos. Most notably, my floors were left covered in dust and there were puddles left on my brand new hardwood laminate floors. My cabinets and countertops were all covered in dust as if they were wiped with a dirty rag. My floors looked as if they were moped with a filthy mop. My house was newly renovated from top to bottom, so imagine my disgust and disappointment when I arrived to see what he had done. I contacted him immediately and sent him photos of what he had done. He apologized over the phone and blamed on a new hire in his company. He promised to return to the property and take care of these problems personally. However, he sent another person instead and the floors were worse throughout the entire property. Additionally, the cabinets, and countertops were all still dirty, eventhough he agreed to to clean all of these things in our initial agreement. I contacted him again to let him know that the property still was cleaned the he agreed to clean and he apologized again and said he would take care of it. He never showed up again and stopped taking my calls. I paid him over $300 and I even added a generous tip. He refused to return any of my money. I always try to support local businesses as I am a local busines owner myself. Unfortunately, this is the worst experience I have ever had and I am deeply disappointed.

He was able to get an estimate to me very quickly for a reasonable price and his crew had all our old carpets ripped out and the new ones installed within a few days. I have been managing dozens of rental properties all over the city since 2014 and this is the first time I was ever able to get a carpet replaced so quickly and efficiently. I cannot thank him enough for the convenient service, great carpet selection, and expert installation. Cannot recommend them enough!
