The day the paint job was finished they left, the walls were still wet of course. A few days later we notice the botched job that was done to our house. I texted Jerry Saturday night multiple pictures of the job. He read and did not reply. I told him i would file a complaint. He then, told me it was Saturday night and if i has an issue i could call Monday. First off, whenever Jerry and I spoke about the job and money it didn't matter what time of day it was! He later changed the bogus penalty to $150 when I pointed out his contract info. Finally, on 9/18/23, he stated my check "was in the mail". Never received one as of 10/5/23. I reached out and was told check was mailed 10/4/23. The owner(Frank) has not responded to my calls, texts, & emails after 10/5/23. My husband teaches out 10/18/23 and was told 2 checks were mailed but he would send another. Let's hope he is stating the truth this time. ( as of this review on 10/19/23)
