DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSTED PICTURES! THERE IS NO BBQ HERE. Has not been in years I was told. This is a chicken place. Same kind of chicken you can get at any upscale gas station. They do have a burger menu and I was told the meat is locally sourced. I had a "Wanda" burger and fries. Meat was tasty and the burger was slightly above average. The fresh cut potatoes were just that, potato limp sticks. Way undercooked and greasy. As for ammo, nope, gonna be awhile. Sorry guys and gals, I won't be coming back. When I was walking in I got looked at like I was a hot wheels car made in Zimbabwe, when I'm the one that should be looking at there wierd ass employees. When I got my food after a normal amount of time my chicken tenders were dry and room temperature, my giant pint of "sprite" which was 40% ice 1% drink and 58% cup meanwhile being corrected about saying yes mam from some random old hag in the corner, idk why this 65 year old woman was staring at me like I was Joseph Stalin all in all I'm taking an alternative route around this dipshit town because the Dairy Queen was even worse read more

Everything that I've tried so far has been excellent! The Wanda Burger w/ hand-cut fries is my go-to. The chicken strip sandwich is also always a good meal that doesn't break the bank. Absolutely horrible would not recommend for anyone overpriced on all items wait for Amarillo or Wichita Falls for better deals

Stopped here on the way back to Texas from a visit to the Rockies. It was well worth the stop. Huge, crispy and moist chicken tenders were a big hit. We also had fries (pretty good), mashed potatoes (also tasty), mac&cheese (creamy and similar to chicken express) and the honey biscuits (worth the stop on their own!). A buck fifty for 32oz sodas with free refills. We spent $30 for the five of us and had enough left over for dinner when we got home. Had a nice chat with the owner and the customer service was obviously a top priority, just slightly below the food which was excellent. He also treated my kids to some ice cream, on the house, before we left. And definitely enjoyed browsing the gun selection while waiting for lunch. An easy 5-star for Daddy's! read more

Daddy's has some good chicken and their Wanda burger is excellent. Don't be put off by their other businesses in the building, they are worth the try. If your in a hurry they have a drive through window. All the staff are friendly and helpful. read more

The chicken is ok and people are friendly, but this staff and visitors do not wear masks or wear them under their noses. Go somewhere safer.

The food is not that good, chicken was under cooked and not very tasty at all. There price on tires and guns are through the roof. There add on the radio said 10% above cost on guns that is not true, it's my fault for not looking around for a better deal, I bought a shotgun from them and then found the same gun a few days later when I was looking for magazines online for $200 less, check price on tires for my truck and found them somewhere else for $100 less per tire. My husband and I were looking for a place to have lunch today. Well, lo and behold we found this chicken house, fix your flat and buy tires all at one place called Daddy's. We sat at the large round table for 8 as I, being in a wheel chair, could not sit in the slightly elevated booths. Well..we're we ever lucky! A local to the area walked up and sat down. Then a lovely lady sat with us and we had a most wonderful, inspiring conversation. We will be back for more of that awesome fried chicken and the "to die for" honey biscuits. Thanks for the great food Daddy's. And thanks to those two at our table. A rich experience overall. 10+ stars! read more

I researched a place to stop for lunch on our way to NM. I landed on Daddy's because of the high reviews and photos of the bbq + chicken. While the staff was very friendly and the place was immaculately kept, there was no bbq. The Cajun chicken strips lacked spice. The sauce saved them. The honey biscuits were good but the fries were inconsistent: my friend's were soggy and mine were perfect. The burger was dry. I had high hopes for this place! I normally don't like to give negative reviews but hopefully this can help their business improve and help others adjust their expectations. read more
