Showed up on time, workmanship as a skilled carpenter and cleaned up after job was done. I agreed $4000 later they had to keep coming out to get it working properly. I was told that they had to bypass a defrost board to get the air to work and they would order the part to fix it.. 2 months after the initial install they finally came back to replace it- then I was told I owed another almost $400. I was never told about the additional cost .. the lack of communication from this company is ridiculous.. I hate leaving bad reviews on places but this has been a terrible experience

RT's made the process as quick as possible, were very respectful and polite. I trusted the men working in my home as they were very professional.
