So, my husband called Kanga Roofing and they came right out. We got an estimate and paid half up front. Then the worker showed up to fix the roof a couple weeks later. I was a little surprised when he pulled up because we were supposed to be notified. Good thing we were home that day. Both individuals who came out to our house - person who gave the quote and took the 50% deposit & the person who repaired the roof - were polite and friendly. The work was done very quickly, as it was just a small strip that need replacing. We asked the worker about paying the other half owed and was told that a supervisor would be coming out to inspect his work and then we would pay the other half. Well, no one ever came out to check the work. My husband works from home and we have cameras - so we know that the inspection was not done. We're hoping all is well with it.
