I decided to go deal with my extreme fears due much childhood trauma of getting abscessed teeth pulled without working novacain at 11 yo so I called to make and appointment and said they would call me back. I didn't know asking for an appointment would create a problem. Still waiting for the call back and they close in 40 minutes. I think they must pick and choose who they wish to serve so, I have an appointment tomorrow with a different dentist in another part of the city.

Going into my surgery I knew it wasn't going to be a fun experience but the need to bring in 5…read morepeople into one operating room seemed excessive and very intimidating, they warned me about this but it's not a good way to practice to keep patients calm. In addition to this they worked way to fast and made some mistakes and cut my cheek, I tried calling the office to speak to a nurse but they just tried to tell me that they had to make a cut in my gum but neglected to believe that they cut my cheek and now I have a spot where if I pull on my cheek air will push out of the void. At the end of the day I know I'm not a expert and they are the "trained" professionals but it just seems like they work to fast and don't care about you after the surgery. I would have left a lower review but my teeth did come out so they could have done worse.

I am almost eighty (80) years old and never have I been so extremely mistreated! From the moment that I walked through the door, it started! The Office Manager was very curt and rude, treating me so very disrespectfully, that I endured! After being brought back to the treatment room, it continued on! Doctor belittled, berated and disrespected me throughout my entire, approximately, twenty (20) minute appointment until I was crying uncontrollably! I expressed that I was unable to withstand any further pain! Therefore, requested another appointment to continue! But, my requests landed on deaf ears, and without even a slight acknowledgement!
