They also have paid out invoices on my son's account that he did not authorize (and then later admitted it was meant for a different client and employee altogether). They also regularly don't pay my son's employees in full, which requires me to loan them the money until they eventually get it back. It's just the fact that they argue you up and down about the issues like these employees don't deserve to be paid for the hours they work. They just settled a suit in CT and I know other states have had issues as well.
