I worked with SBS for a number of years, and was overcharged continuously and paid far too much in both taxes and accounting fees. They will bill you for busy work, and fight you on your legitimate deductions. They even went so far as to change expenses into income costing me tax dollars. I wouldn't recommend them for any reason.

The company I used before them had me in the tax office several times for audits because they made mistakes. After I retired and moved to Florida it was like in the old days. Another trip to the tax office. I tried on line and they said the mistakes were caused by a glitch and an over stressed server. Went back to Preffered and got my forms straightened out. I am still using them and I still have no visits to the tax office even though I Still live in Florida.
