One of the courses that blew my mind was the fatty salmon nigiri with shaved frozen foie gras which gave it the perfect buttery texture wow. They have a pretty extensive menu ranging from cold dishes like sushi to hot dishes like Ramen and rice bowls from next door. We started with two appetizers, the Gyoza and the Shishito peppers. As you eat it it goes down almost like dry ramen with added sour cream, which is my favorite form, so so despite the fact culinary elites may scoff at this place, my wife and I will be coming back regularly. If you know my system, any place I would return to weekly is usually an automatic 5 stars, but the yakisoba and the yakituri are a bit too sweet.
