We called overhead for service and keep in mine we purchase a $505.40 warranty then they told us that they did not have anyone to service us in our area. (really) We tried to get of money back from capital one but they stated to first contact overhead and work with them what a waste of time. The moral to this story is be cautious when purchasing warranty and don't do business with Overhead doors. We paid in good faith and got shit on from this company.
