I am absolutely LIVID. I just received an email with an offer to add a user to my NEW digital…read moresubscription. I had canceled ALL my Star News subscriptions last year and I had to do it repeatedly because I would cancel and then still be charged and receive multiple emails per day. I was assured and confirmed last year that my subscriptions had been canceled but called today due to this suspicious email. Sure enough! I still had an active digital subscription that they have been charging for this whole time. But "not to worry" they say, it is NOW canceled, but no they cannot offer a confirmation number. How convenient. I want a year of subscription reimbursement. And what a shoddy way to do business!! I do NOT recommend this business. I wish there were zero stars available.
