Fox Chase Wellness Center is very mis leading and very unprofessional…read more The name is not related to Fox chase cancer Center. Their caregiver fell asleep not once not twice but several times. The caregiver is her to take care of my mother. But she lacked in many ways missing critical rotation turns. She also created chaos with other caregivers. The agency does not take the initiative to follow up or keep in touch with the client, to see if their caregivers are doing right by what the agency claims they hold to high standards. When my husband and I made a surprise visit after cutting a so called vacation short the manager wasn't really listening to our needs and was talking about her special needs daughter that she understands what we are going through.. Really???? Than why are we still with out a caregiver for the 48 hours needed to fill from the one lady being taken off moms case for sleeping on the job. As a client I don't want to hear someone else's problems I there to get the problem I have fixed. Fox chase Wellness is not professional.

He is rude…read moreand unprofessional when dealing with the (traumatized) family members who actually retain and pay for his services on behalf of their sick/dying loved ones. It seems that few of the caregivers he employs are actually experienced; we have had situations where Mr. Rapi was dishonest about an Aide's age and experience. We have also been in situations where there was a gap in coverage because the scheduled aide cancelled, the back-up aide couldn't make it, and there was no back-up for the back-up aide. They're quick to take your money but the business is poorly run. Having said that, the agency has provided us with two mostly regular Aides. One is completely amazing (almost indispensable) and the other mostly gets the job done. If not for these two special 5 star caregivers, my family would drop Angels of Care in a heartbeat. Edison Rapi gets a negative 5 (-5)...I'm being generous in rating Mr. Rapi's agency at a 2.
