As I was about to pull away, the nice gas station attendant tapped on my window and with the nicest smile and a "good morning" informed me that my gas tank lid was still open. I know this is a small thing, but simple gestures like that mean a lot. This has happened I hate to say before, and I have found that some people just don't care. I wish I had had the presence of mind to catch his name to tell him how that nice gesture made my morning. :-) P.S: was bothering me so much that I didn't catch his name that I drove back around to thank him properly.
