The hot sauce is just normal Tabasco style, not BBQ. * Potato salad - I like the idea, but some of those potato chunks were undercooked. Should all be smooth and crushy in my mouth, not crisp. * Chili - Wow, that's meaty. Really great stuff, interesting flavour. 5 stars.
