We had a great time at the outdoor patio yesterday. Perfect setting and great tables under an umbrella as we watched the tide come in on the river. The food was equally great. Their choice of burger toppings is staggering and gives you a lot of opportunities to come back and try something new. I had a relatively new burger addition, which was the smoked meat burger. It was tasty but a bit understated on the flavour. You could tell the smash burgers were home made - but it just needed a little bit more. The pulled pork nachos that my wife had were amazing! The in-house made corn chips were excellent, and the pulled pork with its sweet (but not too sweet) sauce added a great topping and protein to the nachos. This is now our go to spot since we moved to Dieppe NB. The choices for burgers and dogs are incredible. The service and friendly attitude of all staff and management is professional and fun. I have eaten here once a year for the last 3 years and had the same server who is a ridiculously funny gem! The ambiance here is incredible, they have a massive patio overlooking the tidal bore which everyone should see at least once in a lifetime. Nature! Classic Burger is a place to visit if you are a burger lover! There is a large selection to choose from. The Classic Burger is a "normal" burger with what you would expect on a typical burger. There are other selections like the Taco Burger and Peanut Burger. I chose the Uncle Sam burger (Pictured). It was a well made and delicious burger. The meat was juicy and tender. I cannot say anything was wrong with the burger. Our server was fast, friendly, and attentive to our needs. There was not a moment where we had to ask or wait for anything. If you are in the area and don't want a chain burger, definitely go to this place or have it delivered with Skip the Dishes (there were signs on the door offering this service). read more

We ordered for almost 200$ and not only did it take 3 hours to get our food but half was raw the other was burned. Placed an order at 11:30 and received it at roughly 12:15 to réalise they sent us the wrong one. After calling the restaurant they swiftly apologized and advised they would send us the appropriate order . We were still happy at this point since we order at this place usually and normally get good service and food. Sadly that all ended today. After over an hour I called the restaurant to get an update which they then advised me they were waiting for a cab driver. After another hour and half I was advised by the receptionist that a cab driver was waiting. The shock of the day continued when the driver advised me I had to pay 25$ for the delivery which at this point I didn't argue since I had 10 people waiting roughly 3 hours for their food at this point. We called the restaurant to register a complaint that not only had they not given my number or name to the driver but that we had to pay for the cab! They again apologized and they stated they would credit us for the food and bring the money at work. We then advised we are only in the office until 4 which they advised they would be able to make it prior that. Of course at 4PM no one had shown up and we had to call again. At this point they changed and decided we had to call the delivery service to claim a refund from them. Luckily this had a great spin that the service I received from SkipTheDishes was great and they agreed to refund for this horrible experience. I'm still out the 25$ I paid for the driver which at this point I don't really care. I've never had to return food or write this type of review in my life and to do so for a place we ordered from bi-weekly is quite sad. I from now on will not be returning to this location. read more

This is a brand new restaurant that just opened last week. The decor is nice and the staff is friendly. As they are just getting going the flow was a little off and they have been very busy and are adjusting to the system and the volume. They are not yet ready to serve alcohol yet. I was extremely disappointed with this resturaunt. I ordered the macho nacho burger my spouse ordered the Crispy Chicken Burger. Unbelievably they were not cooked fresh as you expect, the food arrived within 3 minutes of us giving our waitress our order. So its clearl it was reheated. My burger was horrendous. The pretzel bun was soft and cold, near damp like it was frozen, left to thaw, and then used. The Chili on the burger was canned chilli and the burger its self was reheated and dry. The crispy chicken burger is just a frozen processed chicken patty that you can buy at a grocery market. My spouse wasn't enthusiastic about this as she expected a real piece of chicken, not processed as served. Lastly the fries are advertised as seasoned with sea salt and fresh black pepper.. We both received fries seasoned with red Seasoned salt no pepper. What's the point of not serving what's advertised? Over all it was bad experience for a Friday night. Advice for the restaurant. Cook your food when ordered do not reheat. Don't used cheap canned and frozen ingredients. Clearly your menu is to big, slim it down to your customers favorites and invest in making them better then expand if you can. Unfortunately we will not be back and cannot recommend this restaurant. read more

We started with the popcorn chicken and spinach dip for appetizers and we weren't a fan of either one. The spinach dip was very watery and the popcorn chicken was mushy. The BBQ sauce for the popcorn chicken tasted really amazing though. The "crispy" chicken bacon sandwich wasn't crispy. It actually tasted like grilled chicken because the breading would peel off and stick to the bun. It was pretty soggy breading. It was also pretty bland. The only thing I enjoyed was my root beer lol. Our waiter was very nice. She saId there was some problems with the fryer and that's probably why the breading was soggy and she asked if we wanted to wait and take home a fresh chicken sandwich but I wasn't feeling it. My boyfriend got the phily steak burger and he loved it! I'm sure if I got a burger next time it would be better considering it's a burger restaurant lol read more

More than what I expected! I thought it was a typical fast food joint. Was so pleased when I walked in to discover that it was more of a "sports bar"! Funky dining room, and awesome patio outside, outback along the board walk, which is where we chose to sit. Very helpful waitress, polite, gave menu and beer suggestions, and came back to check on us several times throughout our meal; and in a polite, non-bothersome way. The menu has something for everyone. Great, unique burger choices, as well as hot dogs, nachos, and a full page variety of starters. We ordered the onion tanglers(at our waitresses suggestion) to share, they were amazing! Super thinly sliced onions, deep fried - better than onion rings, no slimy onion inside! And it was served with bbq sauce, we both loved them! I ordered the plain nachos which were perfect; they also has a long list of items you could add to them. My husband got the roadside burger and fries. He said it was so good, and he was actually full after his meal(which is rare) so needless to say the portions are pretty big! The food was disgusting. The onion rings had a terrible aftertaste. We mentioned this to our server and that we couldn't finish them. She said that she would mention it to the kitchen. After she left we realized that the fries didn't taste very good either. We couldn't finish them either. She came back and we asked for the bill. The onion rings were still on the bill. I politely questioned why and she said that no one else had complained and the grease had just been changed so there was nothing that they could do. I then explained that the fries weren't good either and though her service was great, it was my first time here and I wouldn't be back. This is my 4th time here and the burgers are still very good BUT womething bothered me a lot today ...the first week opened they had REAL MAYONAISE ...which is great with their awsome fries ( homemade mayo would even be better). Today when I asked for Mayonaise, the server brought us that crap of " miracle whip " style junk. If it says " mayonaise-style sauce ". Its NOT mayonaise. We where 4 at the table and all ageed this was NOT mayonaise. Yet when mentioned to the server, she came back saying it was mayonaise. Quite frustrating. My wife and I went here last night from the Hotel just down the road. It was 5 minutes away and not heavily advertised, but we had a 15% discount from our hotel (we forgot to use). We ordered Honey BBQ Cauliflower, 2 Veggie burgers, and soda. This was by far the best place I have ever eaten at hands down.
