The food was good, and I ordered only a burger. No blizzard, extras, didn't even get fries with it. I didn't get my food for 47 minutes! My burger was unfortunately not hot all the way through either......My coworker didn't even get his food before we had to leave because they hadn't even finished making his food. Didn't even want a refund because he didn't want to have to wait another 15 minutes in the line of 2 other people since it took 15 minutes just to order when only 1 person was ahead of us. Service was terrible. The only kind person was a man named Eric. He took our order and gave us our food. He also asked if we needed anything else and to have a nice night. He was very kind. However the other staff (Likely the manager) with pink hair, raised her voice, scolded him, and belittled him, through his entire time making our food. The food he actually made us was wonderful and had no errors. However the food anyone but him made was filled with mistakes. He even helped clean and was scolded at instead of guided when a mistake was made. The vibe wasn't great when you can audibly hear a kind man being scolded while he is doing his best. Thank you Eric. Very poor service ! Only one other family in the restaurant and 3 people working- took 30 min to receive 3 blizzards and a 3 piece chicken tender. The fries were half made had to send back unable to eat and all three blizzards were dripping melting when handed to us. Worst experience ever!! I waited in line for 15 mins, and an additional 15 mins for a small blizzard and a kids cone in a cup. When the server brought both out she shoved them in my hands and stormed off. That wasn't even the worst if it.... The blizzard I had wasn't much more than ice cream in a big cup. The person taking my order messed it up 3 times on the drive thru intercom. Then when I got to the window to pick up my food I was given the wrong order. When I said it was the wrong order(I was given a different burger and cheese curds and I actually ordered a double cheese burger and fries) she got the manager and the manager said it was my order and forcefully handed it back to me. I again said that's not my order and she argued with me. It wasn't until the original person told her that was not my order before she actually gave me the right order. I asked for a receipt 3 times and was not given one. When I got home and opened my food, my double cheese burger only had cheese and a pickle on it, no ketchup or mustard.
