I was impressed with their updated (since I had last gone in 2020) way of ordering food, you take a slip of paper and mark down how you want to customize your poke bowl. Gone are the days of long lines of people who don't know exactly what they want and allows people to order their food at their own pace. Once I submitted my slip, I had my food prepared in under 10 minutes (5 other people were ahead of me). The dining room is very simple, they have a few tables with benches and the lighting is bright. Definitely a place I'd go back to just because the quality of the food is incredible
