Worst customer service experience ever. My young Son went to drive up on Wed Feb 25 at about 5:30pm and ordered to 2 chicken strip baskets and 2 blizzards. He had coupons. They didn't apply them. When he got home he had extra food. Looked at receipts. There was 3 receipts. 3 differant transactions. So swiped my card 3 times. Idk why. We had gotten someone else order for a cb/ff and 2 med blizzards which the 2 blizzards were not given for that order. Just the two we ordered with our meals. So I brought food back fully confident that they would correct their mistake and refund me. They did not. I was met with total disrespect and horrible attitude from manager who absolutely refused to refund me. I asked them to check the camera footage if they didn't believe me. Still refused and asked me to leave. I said that since I was being forced to pay for food that I didn't order than can I get the complete order which included 2 more blizzards which I didn't receive but paid for. She said ' I know' when I told her and she than said 'I'm calling the cops'. Unbelievable! She called the cops for ripping me off with receipts and camera footage to prove it. Cop looked at footage and agreed it could have definitely been handled so much better by manager and wouldn't have taken 4 cops off the street over 2 medium blizzards. She could have just made what I already paid for. I wasnt expecting something free. What a waste of the cops time since it showed I was not being threatening or confrontational. I just went for a refund and was courteous about it. They cops could not do anything for me as far getting my money back or even telling them to give me what I paid for but one cop went back in to Dairy Queen to get corporate number for me and recommended yelp for a review since they knew how petty this was on the managers part. I will be looking for new places for ice cream with my kids and grandkids this year and will definitely put the word out about this location with its unprofessional management and team. Moneys tight nowadays. So don't get ripped off at this location. Apparently I have to give them a star just to post this review but just to lyk they don't deserve that one star. read more

Stayed at the hotel across the street, walked over and missed the lobby closing by 8 minutes . Drive thru was still open, but I can't walk in and get service. So stupid!!! Watched multiple potential customers walk away mad as the door was looked. There is nothing better than losing sales. read more

Small DQ Grill & Chill with seating, they were 15 minutes from closing but happy to serve us. While they don't have the individual serving of a mint dilly bar (only boxes in the freezer). They have a $5 lunch special with a dessert on weekdays, and seating. There is an odd splash of color that looks like spilled dessert on their uniforms. Odd, but hey. Downside - outside seating isn't kept as clean as the inside seating. Attached to a Casey's gas station. Still, the ice cream was cold and plentiful. Combined with Orange Julius drinks, this isn't a bad place to grab something for nostalgia. read more

By far the worst Dairy Queen ever.. The worker repeatedly yelled at me they did not have a mango misty slush when it's literally on the menu.. She supposedly got her manager who said ya this is 45th Dairy Queen idk what you got at the other ones but we can't do it as she was laughing!!! We love Dairy Queen and we go all the time but such a huge bummer when we waited in line at the drive through for 30 minutes just to find out they don't have popcorn shrimp even though there are several signs advertising their shrimp baskets. We can't eat meat so we weren't able to get anything to eat and just wasted a bunch of time. Very frustrating. If you are no longer are selling something please don't have it on the billboard. read more

I love DQ. It's always a good option for a nice, cheap lunch. Today wasn't so great. I ordered a Chicken Wrap lunch box- 2 chicken wraps, fries, a sundae, and a drink. The service was great, everyone was friendly. I got home and opened my bag to see my fries were missing. Not usually a big deal to me, so I moved onto the wraps. As I took them out of the paper wrapping they literally fell apart. The tortilla wrapping was all ripped up, the lettuce was brown and soft, the cheese and ranch were all goopy at the bottom of the wrap.. I ended up getting a fork to eat them because I couldn't even get them to fold correctly. Not too happy. read more

So I asked for an ice cream cone with sprinkles and when they bring the cone out it's shoved in a cup.... when I told them that I wanted a cone they were very rude to me and said the only way they can give me sprinkles is by shoving my cone in a cup of sprinkles. What's the point of it being called a cone when it's in a cup. I would have ordered a sundae if I wanted my ice cream in a cup. They did end up remaking it eventually, but overall my experience here was terrible and I'm never coming back. read more

It's DQ! I love Dairy Queen soft serve above all others- it takes me back to my childhood. But don't eat here. The food at DQ is the worst. From bland burgers to cold cheese sticks, it's obvious the franchise didn't make it's name from it's dining. No, this is where you go for a Blizzard or a Peanut Buster Parfait. And at that, it excels. It was clean on the inside, although the girl calling order numbers during my visit was practically mumbling so we had to simply watch out for ourselves when our order was up. There was no way she could be heard. But it's DQ! It's hard to be too grumpy when you've got a magic dipped cone in your hand! :D read more

Location is obviously understaffed with the employees there having no sense of urgency or enthusiasm for job. Tables were dirty inside, counter tops not wiped off where ice cream had been spilled, & orders were set on the counter without being called out loud enough to hear unless you were standing directly in front of the counter. I need to get this review to the owner of this franchise so changes can be made. I'm visiting from out of town so have no real stake in the quality of this DQ. But, the staff that is was working there this Sunday night was brutal. The place was discussing, horribly slow, and the employees seemed to have no real care about the place. Stop there Sunday 4/2 wanting to try the blizzard of the month. It is the second day of the month and the sign says sold out. There was not one customer in the place the obe employee i saw was wiping a table off. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment from the employee he just kept wiping off the same table. Crappy management lazy employees and bad ownership. Will never return read more
