Food is always great at every location I've been to as is this one. Every location I've been to lets me swap my toast for fries with the 6 count tender meal I get. Dairy Queen in Logansport Indiana really serves great food. Always hot and this wonderful lady always waits on me (Nikita Patel) she is so awesome. I tried to leave her a tip, but she wouldn't take it. Very professional, food was really good and always hot. Nikita Patel is a blessing to Dairy Queen and to every customer. The food is really great but I also enjoy seeing Nikita Patel. The facility is very busy, clean, and just so pleasant. Better than most places when I receive my food it is in order, hot, taste is very good, and not thrown all over the bag. I love going there and hope many will go, also try meeting Nikita Patel she is true to her job and sure she is worth more than she is being paid. Given the pandemic, we have understood that all places of business are short staffed and have no issues with wait times. We went in the drive thru and when my fiancé ordered my ice cream he confirmed with the employee 2 times the flavor we wanted. When we got to the window we received the incorrect ice cream. Instead of apologizing and correcting the issue the employee decided to argue and said that we ordered the ice cream that was wrong. My fiancé said no sir we said the strawberry sundae. Once again instead of correcting the issue he said no 5 people heard you. He returned with the correct sundae but was maybe half way filled. Just found it very disrespectful, we did not choose to be rude we just simply said that we wanted strawberry vs fudge. Took my daughter to this Dairy Queen today to celebrate her birthday. It was very busy because it was the restaurants first day in business. Food was great, and reminded me of the great food I enjoyed growing up in Texas. I'm sure there will be growing pains as the store is new to the area, but I'd highly recommend the food and say it's worth giving it a try. read more

Ordered to of the $5 dollar meals, upgrading to blizzards and an extra small cone. Had to ask 2 times that kids be put on the blizzards. Had to remind them to give me my drinks. Had to ask several times for a drink carrier. My total was 16.25. I gave them 20.25 but during the consistent reminders I had to give them I forgot to get my change. Worst place ever I used to work here and honestly I'm so glad I quit I would work 8-12 hours no break and they wouldn't even give there workers free food they would always talk bad about there workers everyday made me so uncomfortable to be there and when you would go to the restroom they would always ask where your at and didn't even pay me enough to deal with that also the first day I worked they gave me a used shirt that smelled like cigarettes that disgusted me honestly they need new management honestly the managers there sucked they act so nice during the hiring process then when you start working there so mean and just talk bad also the manager would always look at the girls wierd and when cute girls would come in he would give them free ice cream and always check them out like bro your so old your so nasty and then he would treat the girl workers better and give them free stuff also they would always bring there family in while we were working and gave them so many free stuff made me so mad couldn't give us anything free then there's two pedophiles working there making me uncomfortable the managers being one of them also they don't have any benefits from working there just a horrible place to work honestly wish the future workers the best hopefully they have a new management by then read more
