The girl told me her favorite was pumpkin spice, so I decided to give it a try and of course it did not disappoint. It taste just like a pumpkin pie. The service was great. They were attentive. They were quick to serve all the guest and answer all questions and give recommendations. The ambience is cute. It's simple with a little bit of retro vibe. The ice cream shop is very clean inside and they have outside seating. That was also very well kept up no garbage on the ground and the parking is a right directly in front of the ice cream shop. They have a lot of the classic flavors, but also flavors like salted caramel, kringler, lingonberry, coffee and others. All of the ice cream is made in-house, and you can tell because it's fresh and creamy. The ice cream parlor itself is located in a cute space that looks like the outside of a town square (but it's indoors), if that makes sense. There are several tables in the shop, so you can stay a while and enjoy your ice cream there. My friends and I got our ice cream to go and ate it while waking around downtown Lindsborg.
