Stopped on Mother's Day while traveling. This was easily the best DQ experience we've had in a long time. The staff greeted us immediately. They were kind and attentive. They brought the food out to us very quickly. It was hot, and well cooked. I even got a free sundae for Mother's Day. The bathrooms were also clean, and properly stocked with toilet paper and soap. Spent almost 50 dollars on 2 meals and a kids meal from door dash. Recieced 2 burgers 2 drinks and a kids meal. 0 fries. Charged outrageous prices for mediocre food and can't even get the order correct. read more

Drake is one of the finest gentlemen you may ever meet!!! While there, my 3 year old granddaughter wanted to put a donation in the coin machine. I had a no change, and before I knew it, Drake put the biggest smile on her face when pulled his own money out of his pocket, and gave her a handful of coins for it!!! Thank you again Drake!!!!! Went to get an ice cream cake to find the dining room not open. The girl said if you tell them what you want they will pick something out for you, I have no clue what they have. The drive through line was around the entire parking lot, so even if you wanted someone else picking out a cake for you it would be a long wait. read more

One star because there is no 0 star... I keep trying because I love dq but I'm done now! The last three trips I have gotten bad service( rude rude rude)! My food is always wrong and cold! Some people are allergic to nuts, I am allergic to cheese order burger without cheese(3times now) and they always put cheese on it so wasted my money my shake is like chocolate milk. Done! read more

Sat in line for over 30 minutes which was fine but what was not fine was when I got to the window and the young girls working messed up my daughters order and when I kindly mentioned they gave the wrong ice cream and no drink they were very put off and rude about it. I am absolutely disgusted with this business. I came in with my daughter this afternoon to get some food after a long day at work and it was not at all what I remember my last visit to be like. Ever since the not so grand reopening of the Troy Dairy Queen their food and service has been atrocious. My daughter ordered a chicken strip basket and the chicken was clearly old. Not only that, but there was hair stuck to her toast and she barely had any fries. As for me, I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was drenched in mayonnaise and ketchup and the chicken tasted like it must've been sitting for hours. Someone wanna tell me why my sandwich didn't come with what it should have? Service wise there is not much to say as they lack the ability to use basic customer service skills. It was hot when I went so the Ice Cream was great and they were very busy so it did take a little time.

I've always gotten the correct food and the staff is always friendly. We mostly go after school, so around the 3-4:00 hour.

Spent $29 in the drive thru. I was the only car. Wrong food. Had to ask twice for my kids meal..then the milk to go along with it. Get home to realize my chicken strip basket was plain..I ordered the honey hot AND one strip of bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. They did throw about 8 onion rings on it though there's a reason they score low on stars. Won't be back. read more
