So my daughter goes and peeks in the cups, and yep, they were the ordered Blizzards. It took us nearly an hour to get in and out, and we didn't mess around at all because people were expecting us. This is not the first time I've been disappointed but this is the last time I will be eating here. Every single time I'm waiting 20 minutes for a salad. Yeah... a salad. I ordered a salad at 1:35 for pick up, the app said 1:47 it will be ready. I go in 4 minutes early, ask if it's ready and it's not so i just said "ok thanks". A guy walks in after me and gets a burger and fries and an ice cream.... He gets his food before I do and I ordered BEFORE I even got there. 20 minutes for a salad while people in the back are just having fun.. sure have fun but do your jobs. Will not be returning to this Dairy Queen. It's like this every.single.time. Tried to give them the benefit of doubt and tried a few different times and it's always been this way. I walked into Dairy Queen expecting ice cream. Rookie mistake. I ordered a Blizzard, and by the time I got it, I had aged enough to qualify for retirement benefits. The burger looked like it had lost a fight with a steamroller, and the fries had all the warmth and personality of a tax form. The dining room was somehow both freezing cold and sticky at the same time, a scientific achievement that should probably be studied. The only thing that moved quickly was my desire to leave. ordered dine in and it took 40 minutes to get food. they had have 2 different people come out to the dining area to retake the orders of everyone in the store because they could not remember. I went to this Dairy Queen purposely to get a peanut Buster Parfait, this is definitely not how to make them! There was no fudge on the top or Spanish peanuts, and there was hardly any fudge in the center or the bottom. For this price that they are charging now, they need to make them right. read more

The ice cream tasted very good. The New York Cheesecake Blizzard was awesome! The taste and quality was good and especially with the soft serve. The people were short staffed but it was fine with me since it was okay and reasonable that it took some time to prep the blizzards. The other ran out on my car and when I asked the employee why, he gave a very vague response. It was the worst Blizzard I have ever had! I don't know where to begin honestly... Stopped by with the wife, kids and grandma during the fair time. 76 degrees outside and according to thermostat on the wall, 86 inside the DQ. Man it was hot. The building, interior and exterior, is just screaming for and update and repairs. From cracked tile, to leaks and puddles of "stuff" on the floor. Plenty of help, but they obviously must have called in sick on the food safety talk day. Bare hands on burgers and hot food. No hand washing after blowing a nose. Just very off-putting. The kid at the counter made our ice cream. Lucky for us as it did not have to pass the food safety test the hot food was going through. He was polite and looked like he was trying his best given who he had to work with. Took our treats and ate outside. Almost didn't make it to the door though my shoes stuck so bad to the floor. I don't know that I'd call them short staffed, but the people working there were very disorganized. We ordered 4 ice creams, two sandwiches, a fry, and four drinks. They came out fairly soon with two sandwiches, the fries, and one ice cream. They grabbed our number, which made me think they thought they were done with us. about 10 minutes later, my husband went up to ask about the rest of our order. the girl working register said she "didn't have time to make any ice cream yet." Wow. I've never been in a Dairy Queen that was so incredibly filthy. The restroom was my first stop. The trash was overflowing. There was no one at the counter to take my order, but there were four (or possibly five) employees yakking it up and having a grand time in the back of the store. I moved to the side so that one of them might notice me, and after about four minutes, someone did. When she arrived at the counter to take my order, I saw the dirtiest uniform I've ever seen on a food worker. Every step I took inside the building, I stuck to the floor, which was sticky and covered in old food and stains. We wiped our shoes on the grass outside after we left. The glass doors and all the windows did not appear to have been cleaned anytime in the last month. There were flies everywhere. I hesitated to even have ice cream but I decided against ordering food. The restaurant was not full, and there were tables to sit at, but they were all filthy, so we took our ice cream with us and left. Yuck. I hope management does a better job of staffing in future. For a holiday (Fourth of July), one might expect to make a better impression on heavier than usual traffic. read more
