Worst Manager Nia needs to be trained when it comes to redeeming the DQ .85 blizzard. she was so adamant to see the clock on the apt countdown and would not accept the specific code unique to the promotion. Look lady if the time is out the code will not work, plus it will only work once! Way to celebrate DQs anniversar. Not everyone is out to scam you. learn customer service. the clock is there to inform the redeemer how long they have. We really really want to like this Dairy Queen location but unfortunately they have disappointed us time and time again. We love blizzards but they have continued to get worse each visit. We just went today and they had only mixed the top third of the medium size blizzard so most of my ice cream was plain vanilla. This has happened every time we've gone the last few months (and we go a lot). The customer service is also very lacking- we've been treated rudely and the employees have been inconsistent with how the app works and have denied us deals because their internet was down so we couldn't open their app. Also, now you are charged for a cup of water which seems pretty outrageous. Overall, just very disappointed in management and in the quality of food. We will not be going very often anymore unless they start serving us food the way it's supposed to be served. read more

Stopped by about 45 minutes ago to pick up some blizards with my daughter. We ordered, waited a few minutes, then pulled up to the drive thru window and the first question the guy asks my daughter "Did you pay already." She said no, we just ordered and pulled up after that car left. She tried to tell him what we ordered and he shut the drive thru window on her. I told her that I would say something and she said no it's ok. A few minutes later, he came back and asked what we ordered. She gave him the order, he shut the window with no thank you or it'll be a few minutes. About 5 minutes later he came back and gave her 2 blizzards. So we waited and waited, then he came back and said "what do you need?" She said we're waiting on 2 more blizzards. He again shut the window with no apology. Came back and gave us the blizzards and when SHE said thank you and asked for a carrier, he shut the window, turned his back, and leaned against the window. I told her to drive off. Whoever this person is, they need a lesson in customer service and how to be courteous to others. Ordered 7 combos for the family & ordered 8 ice creams (banana splits, blizzards, cones) & on the order we told them FRESH FRIES please.. it seems like people here are mentally challenged.. literally after waiting 28 mins we get our fries COLD & all the ice cream was melted. The girl offered she could make the fries.. but we had already told her loud & clear.. especially since it was a big order thought she would have had common sense but no. Drive Thur the concept is to be fast "for people whom are in a hurry" this location isn't speedy and we had to repeat our two item order...it wasn't a two meal combo order it was literally a two item order.... and for that the wait for the food was almost 30 minutes long!!! This isn't a review of their food, which is always what we expect, is fresh and tastes good, especially the blizzards. What concerns me is the quality of the service. The past 3 times that we have gone, their dining room wasn't open due to COVID so we had no choice but to use the drive-thru. It takes forever to get our food, this last time, we just wanted a blizzard and ended up waiting almost 20 minutes with only two cars ahead of us. We ordered today from the drive through and had to repeat our order multiple times. When we got to the window I checked the receipt and the order was incorrect and this was fine because we had enough time to correct our order. Martha S. Was the girl who took our order. When I politely corrected Martha she slammed the drive though window shut. In all honesty I thought it was an accident. She proceeded to bring us our food and didn't say one word then slammed the drive through window again. We had to wave another employee down to find out her name because no employee wears name badges at Dairy Queen. The young man who gave us her name was professional. I was in line for about 8 minutes. When I got to the drive through they ask how they can help me then I start ordering and they say "sorry we're closed" So I mention that I've been in line and all I want was three blizzards and they turned the lights off from the menu board. I look at the clock and its 10:04. When I get passed the drive through line I see people inside eating and the doors are still opened. I walked in there and ask to speak to the manager A young kid comes out and told me he went outside at ten to see who was the last car and that the last car was the one in front of me. When I asked why they kept the menu on or why there's people inside he said "look, were closed!!! So never again will I go to that DQ.
